Phase diagram for ethylene glycol and triethylamine

Abstract
The liquid-liquid phase diagram for ethylene glycol and triethylamine has been determined. This mixture has a lower consolute temperature of 57.7 ± 0.1° at 0.45 ± 0.1 mole fraction triethylamine. Both carbon dioxide and water lower the lower consolute temperature. The densities and viscosities of solutions just below the lower consolute temperature do not exhibit any abnormalities.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9671343
