Abstract
Koongol and Wongal virions are isometric, enveloped, and 90-100 nm in diameter. They develop by budding into smooth-surfaced vesicles in or near the Golgi region of the cytoplasm of infected cells. In morphology and morphogenesis they thus resemble other members of the Bunyamwera supergroup of arboviruses.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9720053
