Abstract
The concentration of glycogen and glucose and the activity of several glycogenmetabolizing enzymes have been measured in the endometrium of the ewe during early pregnancy and after the injection of progesterone and 20ex-hydroxypregn-4-en- 3-one. The activity of acid and alkaline phosphatases following the injection of steroids and the histochemical localization of the latter enzyme in the endometrium during early pregnancy have also been examinedhttps://doi.org/10.1071/BI9701289
