Abstract
Subterranean clover seeds which were impermeable to water were made permeable by percussion, but the impermeability could be quantitatively restored by covering the strophiolar region with Araldite or Vaseline, indicating that the percussed strophiole was the only site of water conduction.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9700519
