Abstract
Immunological methods were used to study the heterogeneity of a major low-sulphur protein isolated from wool. Rabbit antiserum to the purified protein was prepared and by the use of double diffusion in agarose gels, considerable heterogeneity of the protein was demonstrated.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9680815
