Abstract
Potassium (5-45mM), magnesium (1·5-IS·5mM), and calcium (O·3-2·7mM) chlQrides each increase the viability of fowl spermatozoa in vitro when added to a diluent composed of O· 02M sodium phosphate buffer, 0·5 per cent. sodium chloride, and I· 5 per cent. glucose.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9580589
