Abstract
(i) 'rho subcutaneous or intravaginal administration of oestrone to the ovariectomized monso causes an increase in the dry weight of the vagina with a maximum at full keratinization. ~rhe water content of the tissue is increased in the pre-keratinization phase, and reduced in the keratinization phase.
