Abstract
In the future many organisations in Australia will be turning towards collaborative arrangements with otherindustry partners in order to survive financially. This paper introduces an internal collaborative arrangementresponsive to the challenges of meeting increased demand for services with limited resources. The development of thisexciting approach has in part provided a solution to funding and management issues within one organisation.
