Abstract

Three new species of Millerocaulis Erasmus ex Tidwell emend. Tidwell, M. juundahensis, M. donponii, and M. limewoodensis, are described from the Middle Jurassic Birkhead Formation at 'Cattle Downs' north-west of Wandoan and near 'Limewood' Station, north-east of Orallo in Queensland, Australia. Their xylem cylinders essentially lack leaf gaps as do those of Millerocaulis dunlopii from New Zealand, M. indica from India, M. indentata from Tasmania, and M. chubutensis from Argentina with which the new species are compared.
