Abstract
This paper explores the question of whether the evaluation of health promotion efforts differs from evaluating treatment interventions. It is concluded that although the tasks of the evaluator may be similar, inherent differences in program philosophies and intervention strategies may result in differential approaches to evaluation.https://doi.org/10.1071/PY99047
