Comment on the Cosmic Ray Energy Spectrum in the Light of Results from Atmospheric Cerenkov Studies

Abstract

New information has recently become available on the development of cosmic ray showers in the atmosphere. This information is used to show that the energy spectrum of cosmic rays must exhibit more pronounced structure than previously thought at energies of about 10'6 eV. Possible interpretations of this structure are discussed
