Abstract
Energy-weighted angular-momentum-projected sum rules for form factors and multipole moments of arbitrary states are corrected for centre-of-mass motion. Cumbersome expressions are obtained for the general case, but comparatively simple bounds have been obtained for particular cases. The results show that the corrections can only be important for light nuclei or at large momentum transfers.https://doi.org/10.1071/PH790427
