Abstract
Numerical information is given for radial flow of heat in an infinite region bounded internally by a circular cylinder of radius a containing a perfect conductor, there being contact resistance IIH per unit area across the cylinder. Problems considered are: (i) the perfect conductor and the surrounding region initially at different temperatures; (ii) heat supply to the perfect conductor.https://doi.org/10.1071/PH560167
