Abstract
Between 2000 and 2004, the reported proportion of infants with birth defects has remained stable at about 2 per cent, with a slight decline in 2005 to 1.8 per cent (Table 145). In 2006, 792 cases of birth defects detected during pregnancy or at birth were reported.https://doi.org/10.1071/NB09S13
