Abstract
The nest and egg of the Black-banded Pigeon Psilinopus cinctus alligator and those of the Chestnut-quilled Rock Pigeon Petrophassa rufipennis are described for the first time. The first description of the juvenile plumage of the Black-banded Pigeon is provided. Two nests of the White-quilled Rock Pigeon P. albipennis are also described, because authenticated nests of this species are not commonly reported. The breeding habitat of the three species is described.https://doi.org/10.1071/MU972013
