Abstract
An annotated list of birds recorded in the Nomad River Sub-district, east of the Strickland River, Papua, in May and June 1967 is given. The first recorded bower of Sericulus aureus ardens and the first New Guinea record of Hylochelidon ariel are mentioned. Inland records of Sterna fuscata and Chlidonias leucoptera and an extension of range of Paradisaea apoda are given.https://doi.org/10.1071/MU970097
