Abstract

The synthesis of 1,2,3,4,5,6- hexakis(trifluoromethyl)tetracyclo[4,2,0,0^2,4,0_3,5]oct-7-ene is describedby a three-step sequence involving the application of a photofragmentation reaction in the final step.
