Unambiguous syntheses of the lichen depsides scrobiculin, sekikaic acid, homosekikaic acid, boninic acid, ramalinolic acid, paludosic acid, merochlorophaeic acid, cryptochlorophaeic acid and 4-O- methylcryptochlorophaeic acid are reported.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9750399
