Abstract
Some aldol type condensations of benzimidazole-2-carbaldehyde and 5- aryl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carbaldehydes are described. The dimeric structure of the solid aldehydes has been confirmed by mass spectrometry of their trimethylsilyl ethers.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9731809
