Abstract
The gas-phase pyrolyses of cis-pinocarveol (6), trans-pinocarveol (11a), and trans-pinocarvyl acetate (11b) are described. The mode of formation of aldehyde (10) from cis- and trans-pinocarveol was determined by deuterium labelling experiments. Photolysis of verbenene (22) gives the triene (17).https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9711481
