Abstract
Canescin from Aspergillus malignus has the gross structure (VIII). It consists in fact of a mixture of the stereoisomers (XI) (canescin-A) and (X) (canescin-B). The structure is established by reactions and by spectra.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9691933
