Abstract
A brief study has been made of the reaction of methylmagnesium iodide with 38-acetoxylanostan-7,11-dione (I), 3β-acetoxylanost-8-en-7,11-dione (VII), and lanostan-3-one (XII). Dehydration of the resulting alcohols has also been examined.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9630672
