Observations of the Source of Radio-Frequency Radiation in the Constellation of Cygnus

Abstract
The position and some of the properties of the source of radio-frequency radiation in Cygnus have been determined. The observed fluctuations in intensity have been found to correlate with activity in the F region of the ionosphere.
