Abstract
The synthesis of the D-talose derivatives (10)-(14) from the readily available and enantiomerically pure cis-1,2-dihydrocatechol (2) is described. The structures of compounds (7) and (13) have been established by single-crystal X-ray analyses.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH02041
