Abstract
Extraction of a further sample of the encrusting spongeAplysilla rosea Barrois yielded 11 new diterpenoids, aplyroseol-8 to -18, in addition to previously isolated compounds. The structures were determined by spectroscopic studies and by chemical conversions in some cases. A sample of A. var. sulphureagave 15,16-diacetoxyspongian and 16-oxospongian.https://doi.org/10.1071/C96166
