Abstract
Rats were fed DL-3-(N-phenylethylamino)-alanine which resulted in kidney lesions histologically identical with those produced by the structurally related compound Iysinoalanine. Possible mechanisms for nephrotoxicity are discussed.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9870115
