Abstract
The tranquilizer chlorpromazine, in combination with visible light or near-u.v. radiation, can cause base-pair substitution mutations and frameshift mutations in Salmonella typhimurium. The mutagenic damage is subject to repair by the bacterial excision~repair system.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9740231
