Abstract
Sections of spermine-treated, wild-type E. coli W showed intracytoplasmic membranes and tubules, both of which were associated with the nucleoplasm. Ribosomes were frequently arranged linearly or in clusters and linked by fibrils. DNA fibrils were rarely detected.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9720543
