Abstract
Lupine (Lupinus termis) seeds are consumed to some extent by inhabitants of the Middle East. The untreated seeds of this variety, however, have a bitter taste attributed to the presence of alkaloids, and are usually debittered by soaking in water.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9691071
