Abstract
The most suitable conditions for the moving-boundary electrophoresis of S-carboxymethylkerateines were determined. The use of urea or sodium dodecyl sulphate to assist the extraction of soluble proteins from wool with alkaline thioglycollate did not alter the electrophoretic behaviour of the extracted proteins.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9590096
