Abstract
Sections of rat eggs in various stages of fertilization and early cleavage were stained with buffered solutions of methylene blue or light green to show the distribution of basophilia and acidophilia respectively, or were treated by the Feulgen technique to show the distribution of desoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9530665
