Abstract
Hypothyroidism significantly increases the slope of the dose response line obtained by the subcutaneous and intravaginal administration of oestrone and concomitantly decreases the M.E.D. Hyperthyroidism has the reverse effect. Hypothyroidism, however, has no influence on the dose response line obtained by the intravaginal administration of oestradiol-S,17(J.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9530305
