Abstract
The fungistatic effect of oxine against AspergiUus niger is greatly reduced if the medium is first freed of cupric Cu, and toxicity increases with increasing amounts of Cu. The toxicity is overcome by lowering the pH of the medium even in the presence of quite large amounts of Cu.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9510275
