General Information

The Australian Journal of Primary Health aims to provide its readers with information on issues influencing community health services and primary health care and on integrating theory and practice, utilising perspectives from a range of disciplines.

When preparing a paper for publication, please follow style as closely as possible. It may help to consult a recent copy. Detailed guidelines are set out in the Author Instructions.

The Australian Journal of Primary Health is published six times a year. Material will be considered for publication on the understanding that it is original and unpublished work and has not been submitted for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should be of a publishable standard; they are subject to peer-review and the Editors reserve the right not to publish any material. Authors are responsible for all statements made in the material.

Papers accepted for publication become the copyright of the Journal but release for publication elsewhere can be applied for on the understanding that acknowledgement is made to the journal.

The journal is indexed/abstracted in a wide variety of databases.
