We switched over to our new website on Tuesday 27 September 2016.
Not only have we refreshed the website's look and feel, we have also ensured it responsively resizes to your screen, to create an optimal viewing experience on any device, including mobile phones.
Our programmers have completely upgraded the code and search algorithms, which will make the user experience more efficient. We are working on WCAG compliance 2.0 AA so our site is accessible for a diverse audience.
Now that we have this new site as a stable and robust base for our content, we will be adding new functionality over the coming months to enhance your online experience.
The changeover was relatively seamless and all existing links and bookmarks are redirecting automatically. Of course, if you encounter any problems please let us know by emailing our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
CSIRO Publishing is pleased to announce a new open access title, Journal of Primary Health Care. Published on behalf of The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) in 4 issues per year, this journal publishes peer reviewed original research relevant to primary health care in the countries within the Pacific rim.
All back issues have been digitised and are available here
On 1 July 2016 we transitioned from using our own in-house content usage report system to using the report service from Scholarly iQ.
Since 2008 we have been providing online content usage reports for our library customers that comply with the COUNTER Code of Practice. In recent years, keeping up-to-date with new releases of the Code has become a challenge. The decision to use Scholarly iQ will ensure our reports remain compliant with the latest COUNTER Code of Practice releases and be regularly audited into the future.
To access your usage reports, you still login via the same location on our website, in the For Librarians section, with your existing username and password.
Once you have logged in, current reports and those from previous years will all be available from the same summary page.
When you drill down all detailed reports for 2016 will be served from the Scholarly iQ system and will be compliant with the COUNTER Code of Practice Release 4. The reports from years prior to 2016 will be maintained and served from our existing system.
If you have any questions about this transition or your current subscriptions please let us know.

CSIRO Publishing is very pleased to announce that from 2015 we will be publishing the respected journal Pacific Conservation Biology.
Established over 20 years ago by Ivor Beatty, the journal has provided an important discussion forum for regional conservation issues, debate about management priorities, and dissemination of research results. We look forward to continuing the excellent tradition of publishing peer-reviewed quality content, four issues per year, with the ongoing Editor-in-Chief Associate Professor Mike Calver.
We will also be producing the journal in digital format. The back issues are currently being created for online delivery, with the last few years already available from the journal's website. The full archive will be available in the coming months. Online access will be included with all current 2015 subscriptions.
