Abstract

Ledermann 13005 (B) is here chosen as the lectotype of Couthovia sarcantha Gilg & Bened., which is automatically the lectotype of Neuburgia corynocarpa (A. Gray) Leenh. var. sarcantha (Gilg & Bened.) Conn. A description of the lectotype is also given.
